PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap of an anchor bolt having a structure which freely inclines a cap top to a cap tube, and prevents the cap top from slipping out from the cap tube. SOLUTION: This cap is composed of: the cylindrical cap tube 2 opening in both end parts and forming a diameter of an opening of one end part smaller than a diameter of an opening of the other end part; and the cap top 1 caulked and connected to an inner wall of the cap tube 2 on the opening periphery of the one end part of the cap tube 2.
