<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation-sensitive composition for blue color filters which can choose a large variety of photo polymerization initiators and form an excellent blue pixel with high brightness. <P>SOLUTION: This radiation-sensitive composition includes (A) a coloring agent containing a blue coloring agent, (B) an alkali soluble resin, (C) a polyfunctional monomer, (D) a photo polymerization initiator containing at least one type chosen from the group consisting of a compound expressed in the formula (3), an oxime ester compound, and a biimidazole compound, and (E) an antioxidant containing at least one type chosen from the group consisting of a phenolic antioxidant, a phosphorus antioxidant, and a sulfur antioxidant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
