PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an article without wiring between a turning part of a turn table and a base part, and to detect bias of the article with respect to the turning part. SOLUTION: A projection 14 is projected to the upper side by a support pin 18 and an elastic member 34 provided in the turning part 4 of the turntable when it is not in contact with the article. A proximity sensor 20 is provided below an arc-like member 16 with a space. When the projection 14 is depressed by the article to lower the arc-like member 16, the proximity sensor 20 is turned on to turn on a signal S1. Therefore, the need of the wiring between the turning part 4 and the base part on a vehicle body side is eliminated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
