PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a connector with an earth terminal. SOLUTION: The connector includes a terminal metal 12 connected to a coaxial wire W having an earth line, a housing 11, and an earth terminal 13. The housing 11 has two first cavities 26A equipped with the terminal metal 12 insertable thereinto and disposed in pairs; and a second cavity 26B equipped with the terminal metal 12 insertabe thereinto, and disposed in a position shifted to a direction normal to the arrangement direction of the first cavities 26A between both of the adjoining first cavities 26A. The earth terminal 13 connected to the housing 11 is disposed in a space adjoining to the arrangement direction of the first cavities 26A, and normal to the arrangement direction of the second cavity 26B; and in the space adjoining to the arrangement direction of the second cavity 26B, and normal to the arrangement direction of the first cavities 26A.
