PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device of a circuit breaker superior in saving space and handling property since a combination starter can be constructed by electrically/mechanically connection between the circuit breaker and an electromagnetic contactor in a state that body cases of the circuit breaker and the electromagnetic contactor are directly butted mutually and installed. SOLUTION: Against the circuit breaker 1 constructing the combination starter by combining the electromagnetic contactor 2, after overlapping a conductive connecting member 4 of a bar conductor on its load side terminal 1b, the conductive connecting member 4 is fastened by a terminal screw 1c movably to a storing position and a connecting position between the terminals, and at the connecting position between the terminals drawn out ahead of the circuit breaker from the storing position, it is electrically/mechanically connected between the load side terminal 1b of the circuit breaker and a power supply side terminal 2a of the electromagnetic contactor.
