PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide particles for a display medium wherein defects such as reduction of fluidity and increase of adhesion force of the particles are not generated and an electrification function of the particles is not deteriorated, and to provide a panel for an information display using the same. SOLUTION: In the particles for the display medium which constitute the display medium constituted of a particle group, a mixture of a monofunctional monomer and a multifunctional monomer is used as monomers as resin materials which constitute the particles for the display medium. In the panel for information display formed by encapsulating the display medium between two substrates at least one of which is transparent and displaying information such as an image by applying electric force to the display medium, the particles for the display medium are used as the particles for the display medium which constitute the display medium.
