PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the stray capacity and charging and discharging currents of a data bus line with a simple structure while suppressing a rise in cost of a driver. SOLUTION: The data bus line 30 is divided into at least fist and second data bus lines 34 and 36, a first sampling circuit 50 is connected to the first data bus line 34, and a second sampling circuit 50 is connected to the second data bus line 36. Switching circuits 5 and 6 are provided at display data input portions of the first and the second data bus lines 34 and 36, and the switching circuits 5 and 6 are able to switchably supply display data and a signal with a constant potential to the data bus lines 34 and 36 provided with the switching circuits 5 and 6.
