PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat device having a mechanism for performing a tilting adjustment of a seat cushion, high-rigidity, compactness, and high outer appearance quality. SOLUTION: The vehicle seat device comprises: a rotary link 20; a front side bracket 40 for mounting to a floor surface and a front rocking link 71, which connect between a first joint part 22 and an upper rail 82; a side surface bracket 10 for jointing the rotary link 20 at a front part 21; a rear side bracket 50 for mounting to the floor surface and a rear rocking link 73, which connect the rear part 11 and the upper rail 82; front side driving devices 60-62 which are fixed to the side surface bracket 10 and rotationally drives the rotary link 20; and a cushion frame 30 where the side surface bracket 10 and a second joint part 23 are connected at the rear part 32 and the front part 31 respectively.
