PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake control device capable of estimating occurrence of snow face previously, and preventing the snow fade from occurring by starting the snow fade countermeasure control at a proper timing. SOLUTION: The brake control device estimates attachability of snow and ice on a pad or rotor in the future from weather information in the past or weather information in the future, and controls so as to start the operation of a snow fade countermeasure mechanism from the estimated attachability of ice and snow in the future and an operation start threshold of the snow fade countermeasure mechanism.
