A coupling device for a plastic pipe is provided to improve the buffer force by making a hollow part in a water-tightly rubber ring inside. A coupling device for a plastic pipe comprises: a first corrugated double pipe inserted into one side opening of a double hand socket; a second corrugated double pipe inserted into the other side opening; a hanging ring(200) installed at the surface of one among first and second corrugated double pipe; a cylindrical hanging groove part(130) in which the hanging ring is inserted in the double hand socket inside; and a watertight rubber ring installed between the first and second corrugated double pipe and the inside of the double hand socket. The watertight rubber ring is positioned between a border of first and second corrugated and has a protection cover and a hollow part(312,322).
