<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which outputs an oscillation signal and reduces power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 101 includes: a voltage controlled oscillation circuit 5 oscillating at a frequency corresponding to a first control voltage to output an oscillation signal; a frequency/voltage conversion circuit 2 which converts a frequency of the oscillation signal received from the voltage controlled oscillation circuit 5 into a voltage; a control voltage generation circuit 11 which generates a new second control voltage having a level between the voltage converted by the frequency/voltage conversion circuit 2 and a second control voltage generated the last time; and an analog integration circuit 3 which generates the first control voltage by integrating the second control voltage and outputs the first control voltage to the voltage controlled oscillation circuit 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
