<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a board-unit which reduces the man-hour for mounting/removing a reel on/from a cassette and avoids the stop of a provision, and provide a mounter apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the board-unit, the data showing the mounting position on the mounter apparatus which relates to an electronic component required for manufacturing an arbitrary board-unit and recorded in the mounting data for the board-unit are altered by referring to the data showing the mounting position on the mounter apparatus which is related to a referential electronic component recorded in the mounting data for the board-unit. Further, the data showing the installing position on the arbitrary board-unit which relates to the electronic component required for manufacturing the arbitrary board-unit and recorded in the mounting data for the arbitrary board-unit are altered into the data showing the installing position which corresponds to the non-altered mounting position showing the mounting position.
