摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for purifying a solution of disrupted biological material such as a lysate of cells or a homogenate of mammalian tissue by using paramagnetic particles, and a method for using paramagnetic particles in order to isolate target nucleic acids such as RNA or DNA from the clarified solution of the disrupted biological substance. <P>SOLUTION: The method for purifying a solution of disrupted biological substance comprises: a step (a) for feeding the solution including disrupted biological material; a step (b) for mixing the solution with the second magnetic particles wherein the disrupted biological substance are mixed with the magnetic particles under the condition that the biological substance may selectively and directly be adsorbed to form a complex and the magnetic particles are selected from the group consisting of (1) pH-dependent ion-exchangeable particles and (2) silica magnetic particles including magnetic core coated with silica oxide having hydrated silica oxide adsorption surface, and a step (c) for applying magnetic force to separate the complex from the solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p>
