PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane elastomer composition giving a molded product improved in frictional resistance while suppressing reduction in original mechanical strength of a polyurethane elastomer. SOLUTION: The polyurethane elastomer composition is obtained by blending 1-20 pts.wt. fired PTFE powder per 100 pts.wt. casting polyurethane elastomer obtained by reaction between urethane prepolymer, which is obtained by reaction between polyol and isocyanate, and a chain extension agent. The polyurethane elastomer composition is produced by adding the chain extension agent after adding the fired PTFE powder scattered in polyol to the prepolymer obtained by reaction between polyol and isocyanate, and casting and curing the mixture in a heated mold.
