PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device that reduces power consumed in buses. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device 50 is provided with a plurality of drive circuits, a plurality of buses, and a plurality of receiving circuits. The drive circuit 1 is provided with a Pch MOS transistor PMT1, a Pch MOS transistor PMT2, an Nch MOS transistor NMT1, and a capacitor C<SB>1</SB>. Each bus 2 transmits an output signal Sout outputted from each drive circuit 1 to each receiving circuit 3. Each bus 2 is formed with a bus capacitance C<SB>0</SB>as a load capacitance at a part in-between a low-potential side power supply (a ground potential) Vss. Each receiving circuit 3 inputs the output signal Sout of each drive circuit 1 that is transmitted from each bus 2. The amplitude of the output signal Sout becomes small by a capacitance of the capacitor C<SB>1</SB>and each bus capacitance C<SB>0</SB>, thereby reducing power consumption by each bus 2.
