PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polycarbonate resin composition containing a specific amount of a glass filler based on resin composition, developing an unrecognizable brightness difference between both sides of a weld line and having excellent strength and flame-retardancy, and to provide a polycarbonate resin molded article produced by molding the resin composition and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: Provided are a polycarbonate resin composition containing (A) 90-99 pts.mass of an aromatic polycarbonate resin, (B) 1-10 pts.mass of a glass filler having a refractive index difference of≤0.002 from the aromatic polycarbonate resin, and, based on 100 pts.mass of the composition composed of (A) and (B), (C) 0.01-3.0 pts.mass of glossy particles, (D) 0.01-3.0 pts.mass of a silicone compound having a reactive functional group and (E) 0.03-1.0 pt.mass of an organic alkali metal salt compound and/or organic alkaline-earth metal salt compound, and a polycarbonate resin molded article produced by molding the composition.
