摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a full enclosed forging apparatus, in which a closing system and a forming system are separated for stabilizing the closing power of an upper and lower dies. SOLUTION: The full enclosed forging apparatus includes: the closing system and the forming system, wherein the closing system 20 is composed of: a lower plate 6 arranged on the upper surface of the lower die 4; an upper plate 3 connected to the lower plate 6; a ram 11 arranged on the lower surface of the upper die 2; an upper pinch 5; a lower punch 10; and a first hydraulic cylinder 8 for closing the upper and lower dies 2, 4, and the forming system 40 is composed of: an upper side forming plate 12 where a second hydraulic cylinder 15 for driving the upper punch 5 is provided at the upper part; a lower side forming plate 14 where the lower punch 10 is fixed on the upper surface; an elastic means 16 which is provided on the lower side forming plate 14 and presses the lower part of the lower plate 6 to the upper part; a cam driving member 17 connected to the second hydraulic cylinder 15; and a cam system 18 for reducing the lowering speed of the closed upper and lower dies 2, 4 to the lowering speed of the upper punch 5 by being driven with the cam driving member 17.
