PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that a building metal such as a lever handle or a knob of a door which is daily seen and directly touched with hands requires fine appearance or touch feeling and further used for a long period to require high durability, but conventionally the emphasis of the appearance or touch feeling causes the deterioration of durability and the emphasis of the durability causes disadvantage in the appearance or the touch feeling. SOLUTION: A coating material for metal is directly applied on a metallic base material as an under coating and baked and dried.
