PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lock device for game machines which facilitates unlocking operation along with a higher security. SOLUTION: The lock device 1 for game machines which locks or unlocks a front frame 12 rotatably mounted on the body frame 11 has an inner locking mechanism part 14 which is mounted on the rear of the front frame 12 while being retained on a hook receiving member 15 disposed within the body frame 11, an outer locking mechanism part 17 which is mounted on the side of the front frame 12 while being retained on a retaining member 16 disposed on the side of the body frame 11 and an unlocking mechanism part 2 which operates the inner locking mechanism part 14 and the outer locking mechanism part 17 to be retained or released. The unlocking mechanism part 2 has a cylinder lock 3 with a lock shaft to be turned with a key 18 inserted, an outer unlocking mechanism part 4 which gets the outer lock mechanism part 17 retained by or released from the retaining member 16 with the turning of the lock shaft and an inner unlocking mechanism part 22 which gets the inner locking mechanism part 14 retained by or released from the hook receiving member 15 with the turning of the lock shaft.
