PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body fluid absorbent article capable of preventing gel blocking and obtaining a sufficient spreading effect. SOLUTION: The absorbent body (a liquid-absorbent structure body) 12 of the body fluid absorbent article (a disposable diaper) 10 includes: a fist area 55 which is arranged on the side of an inner surface sheet 41, is high in the content ratio of a polymeric absorbent body, and low in the content ratio of a hydrophilic fiber; second areas 56 which are arranged on the side of an outer surface sheet 42, are lower in the content ratio of the polymeric absorbent body and higher in the content ratio of a fibrous material than the first area 55; and gaps 57 which are opened to the side of the outer surface sheet 42 and penetrate to the inner side of the first area 55 from the second areas 56, and allow the polymeric absorbent body swollen by absorbing a body fluid in the first areas 55 to enter.
