PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for washing and sterilizing an endoscope, which is attached to and removed from a conduit of the endoscope by moving a fluid supply conduit for supplying a fluid back and force and reliably washes the outer surface part of a connector at an opening part of the conduit of the endoscope in a short time. SOLUTION: The apparatus 1 for washing and sterilizing an endoscope is equipped with a rotary member 50 which is provided to face a conduit connector part 104 of the endoscope placed in a washing tank 4 and rotates about a central axis, a washing nozzle 70 which is provided on a rotary member in a position eccentric from the central axis and supplies the fluid to the conduit of the endoscope by moving forward and by being connected to the conduit connector part, and a plurality of regulating parts 68a-68c which are provided in a position shifting by a prescribed angle from the position where the washing nozzle moving around the central axis by the rotations of the rotary member is connected to the conduit connector part and regulate the forward movements of the washing nozzle by abutting. A control part 46 controls the position where the washing nozzle is connected to the conduit connector part and a rotational position of the rotary member to the position regulated by the regulating parts.
