A suction catheter for surgical treatment is disclosed, which comprises a light guide pipe which is longitudinally extended so that light is inputted from a rear end incident portion to a front end output portion; a suction pipe which is integrally engaged with the light guide pipe as a suction hose is connected with its rear end connection portion, and a front suction portion is longitudinally extended and reaches an operation portion, with the suction pipe being folded in parallel with the light guide pipe; and an engaging member for detachably connecting the suction pipe with the light guide pipe.
