To measure high frequency electrical charging pulses, the timed end of the input current (i(t)) is detected and, after the end of the input current passage into the integrator, an inverted inversecurrent is stored with a value equivalent to the input current charging. The storage of the inverted current continues until the inverted current has a complete back integration with the output voltage (Uout(t)).
