<p>A vaccine composition containing a lipopeptide and poly(I:C) as an ajuvant is provided to induce immune reaction of Th1 type and increase the production of antigen specific antibody. A vaccine composition comprises a lipopeptide and poly(I:C) as an ajuvant. The lipopeptide is Pam3Cys-SKKKK, PHC-SKKKK, Ole2PamCys-SKKKK, Pam2Cys-SKKKK, PamCys(Pam)-SKKKK, Ole2Cys-SKKKK, Myr2Cys-SKKKK, PamDhc-SKKKK, PamCSKKKK, and Dhc-SKKKK. The poly(I:C) has a length of 50 to 2,000 bp. The vaccine composition comprises the adjuvant and antigen. The antigen is protein, recombinant protein, glycoprotein, peptide, polysaccharide, lipopolysaccharide or polynucleotide of pathogen. The antigen is one or more selected from L-HBsAg, influenza HA, S-HBsAg and preS antigen. The vaccine massively produces IgG2a and IgG2b type antibodies which induce cellular immunity reaction. The vaccine composition enhances Th1 immunity.</p> |
