An LED light pipe is provided to control or to expand a lighting range by controlling a light angle through rotation. An LED lighting pipe includes a pipe(10), a LED module(20), a protective cover(30), and a coupling unit. One or more opening parts are formed in the pipe into a longitudinal direction. The LED module is installed inside the opening part of the pipe. The LED module comprises a plurality of LEDs. The protective cover protects the LED module installed inside the opening part. The protective cover transmits a light emitted from the LED module. The coupling unit couples an end part of the pipe with a supporting bar. The coupling unit includes a fixing plate and an insertion part. The fixing plate is fixed to the supporting bar. An end part of the pipe is inserted in the insertion part. The insertion part is vertically formed in the fixing plate.
