<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impedance matching circuit in which dimensional design freedom of a transmission line can be ensured. <P>SOLUTION: The impedance matching circuit is provided with the transmission line 14 which is formed on one insulating substrate 12 and matches the impedance on the input side IN and on the output side OUT of high-frequency signals which are transmitted through the transmission line 14.
