<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide gelatin-containing food such as gummy jelly, and a capsule product, each of which is superior in appearance and texture than those of the conventional types. <P>SOLUTION: The gelatin-containing food comprising gummy jelly 1 has a form such as to disperse seamless capsules 3 in gummy jelly raw material 2 shaped by gelatin. The gummy jelly raw material 2 is such that liquid sugar, fruit juice, flagrance, coloring material, and the like, are added to the gelatin. and is produced by adding sugar, or the like, to the heated and dissolved gelatin. The gummy jelly 1 is formed, through adding the seamless capsules 3 into the gummy jelly raw material 2, flowing the mixture into a mold, and cooling the mixture to be solidified. The seamless capsule 3 comprises a minute seamless capsule, obtained by encapsulating the sugar, fruit juice, flavor, coloring material, and the like, in the outer coating film. The outer coating film is made of a heat-resistant substance so as to be added into the dissolved gummy jelly raw material 2, and each of the seamless capsules 3 has a diameter of about 0.3-1.5 mm and is larger than that of a micro capsule. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
