<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safety management method for a plant facility having high reliability and objectivity by quantitatively evaluating risk levels related to a safety aspect and a supply aspect of an optional node component. <P>SOLUTION: This method for executing safety management of the plant facility has at least: a first step for selecting an analysis target node; a second step for combining a process parameter and a guide word, and assuming displacement in the node; a third step for specifying cause of the displacement; a fourth step for evaluating influence which the displacement imparts to the whole plant process; and a fifth step for confirming a presently taken countermeasure, and evaluating the countermeasure. In the fourth step, a failure rate of the node component and the influence which the cause of the displacement imparts to safety and supply of a plant are respectively quantitatively set, the risk level of the safety is set from the influence to the safety and the failure rate, and the risk level of the supply is set from the influence to the supply and the failure rate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
