<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat dissipating configuration for solar energy battery which uses a structure of direct connection of a circuit layer to a thin film insulating layer in replacement of a conventional buffer layer and a ceramic material layer to improve heat dissipation efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: The heat dissipating configuration for solar energy battery includes a heat dissipating unit having a plane portion and a plurality of fins, one thin film insulating layer overlaid on the plane portion, one circuit layer overlaid on the thin film insulating layer, and a solar energy battery stacked on a surface of one circuit layer to be connected thereto. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
