PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a map information link retrieval service system for performing a retrieval service based on content having accurate link position information by automatically collecting link information. SOLUTION: A map information link retrieval services system 15 is constructed on a map information distribution system 11, and provided with a link relation formation means for forming a link through map information with a user site 21; a link URL analysis part 72 for analyzing link URL; a link information database 73 for registering the analyzed link information; a link source page analysis part 74 for periodically analyzing the content of the link source page; a link source page information database 75; and a retrieval service provision part 76 for, when the map information distribution system is accessed by another user, providing analysis information relating to the link source page stored in the link source page information database in response to a link retrieval request from the other user.
