PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antiviral agent effective against viruses having an envelope with little cytotoxicity. SOLUTION: The antivirus agent comprises a 3-aminophenoxazin-2-one derivative represented by formula 1 in phenoxazine derivatives having the antiviral activity or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof or an ester thereof as an active ingredient, and is effective against the viruses having the envelope.
