PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a permanent motor for extracting electrons from metals having different materials. SOLUTION: Current is made to flow by the motor, to extract the electrons from three sheets of materials of a copper plate, a brass plate and a phosphor bronze plate having different qualities and a thickness of 0.3 mm.
