ROTOR MAGNET, ELECTRIC MOTOR HAVING ROTOR MAGNET AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor magnet whose periphery differs from an exact cylinder and which can position a magnetizing position at the time of magnetization. SOLUTION: The rotor magnet 1 has an almost cylindrical shape where N and S are alternately magnetized in a circumferential direction. A groove 1b which is in a shallow and almost triangular shape in a cross section perpendicular to an axis and which extends in the axial direction is formed at a boundary of the respective magnetizing regions 1a at the periphery. An inner hole 2 is formed in such a way that a bearing storing part 2a and a motor axis engaging part 2b are installed toward a depth direction from an end. A key-like positioning projection 3 is formed in the bearing storing part 2a. The projection 3 becomes a positioning reference part in the circumferential direction at the time of magnetizing work.
