PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data broadcast TS (transport stream) monitor capable of immediately informing the generation of unseemly digital data broadcast/transmission shut-down in a transmitting office. SOLUTION: A module is once restored from a data broadcast transport stream received by a module recover unit 13 and data of the module restored by a digital receiver emulation unit 14 is displayed by monitor across a whole page capable of being displayed by the receiver while the monitor display is cleared when input data is cut off.
