PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack which can prevent a circuit board housed in a battery pack from being damaged and can easily connect the circuit board with an electrode terminal. SOLUTION: In predetermined positions of a circuit board, two holes are provided from one main surface of the circuit board toward the facing surface and two metal terminals are provided so that each of the holes can be covered from a side of the main surface of the circuit board. A cathode terminal and an anode terminal extracted from a battery element are arranged so that they can lap over each of the two metal terminals and a portion where the metal terminals and electrode terminals are overlapped is pierced by a caulking needle to create burrs. Then, the formed burrs are crimped to connect the metal terminals with the electrode terminals. Moreover, while a caulking pin is inserted, the burrs are crimped to form a caulking bonding of a sufficient strength. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
