PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot water supplier which can efficiently supply electrically-heated water. SOLUTION: The hot water supplier is provided with a plane heat-generating member 1 in which a strip-shaped heating member is formed in a spiral shape and a current is conducted through both ends in a longitudinal direction of the spiral heating member and a container which contains the plane heat-generating member 1 and has a water supplying port 31 on the one side of the plane heat-generating member 1 and a hot water supplying port 33 on the other side. A current is conducted to the plane heat-generating member 1 for heat generation and cold water is taken from the water supplying port 31 and the cold water is heated and exhausted from the hot water supplying port 33.
