PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of a conventional ultrafine particle spraying device constituted to diffuse and atomize fine particles floating from a fine particle producing portion from an injection port through an ultrafine particle producing portion for making the fine particles into dry ultrafine particles by a heating means, wherein ancillary equipment such as the heating means is needed, the device is complicated, safety in installing the heating means must be considered, and injected ultrafine particle must be handled with care. SOLUTION: In this centrifugal spray humidifier 1, a partitioning plate 4 having an annular hole and a small hole is disposed in a casing 1 having a bulging portion on its bottom portion, a plurality of intake ports on its wall surface and a spray port on an upper convergence portion, a rotating plate 17 comprising a blade piece 18 is disposed on a rotating shaft extending to an upper part of the partitioning plate, an eliminator is disposed around the rotating plate at an interval, a spray cylinder is disposed in an upper part of the eliminator at an internal, and an opening of a water supply pipe is disposed toward a surface of the rotating plate.
