PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emblem and its mounting structure, which suppresses water immersion. SOLUTION: The emblem 1 comprises: a base member 2 mounted on a car body side member 7; and a design member 3 coating the front surface 22 of the base member 2 through a double-sided adhesive tape 51. The double-sided adhesive tape 51 is disposed at the outer peripheral edge 26 opposing to the design member 3 of the base member 2. A projection part 28 projecting toward the double-sided adhesive tape 51 is formed at the outer peripheral edge 26. The double-sided adhesive tape 52 is disposed at a boss peripheral edge 27 opposite the car body side member 7 at the peripheral edge of a boss part 25 in the base member 2.
