METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR DRYING FOR COATING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for drying for coating which can dry the coating film of an external plate of a material to be dried in a short time without deteriorating the quality of its surface. SOLUTION: The coating film 4a of the external plate quickly heated by heating and drying based on radiant heat (a radiant ray). On the other hand, the rise in a temperature of the surface temperature of the coating film 4a of the external plate is effectively suppressed and quick hardening of the surface side of the coating film 4a of the external plate is suppressed by directly feeding warm wind of a lower temperature than a coating film hardening temperature to the surface of the coating film 4a of the external plate so that the surface temperature of the coating film 4a of the external plate does not become higher than the inside temperature of the coating film 4a of the external plate with its quick temperature rise. Thus, the surface of the coating film 4a of the external plate is prevented from being influenced by steam, bumping and the like generated in the inside while quick drying is realized by using heating-drying based on radiant heat.
