PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pet rehabilitation apparatus in which a pet can lightly move the leg portions in a water flow, in a state of receiving little resistance from water for improving the effect of rehabilitating the leg portions. SOLUTION: This pet rehabilitation apparatus, having an endless circular belt 3 on the inner bottom of a water tank 1 whose water level, is adjusted, in response to the size of a small animal pet P to rehabilitate the leg portions of the small animal pet P is such that a hung sheet 2, having holes 2a for inserting the legs of the small animal P and used for holding the pet, is disposed inside the water tank 1. The bands L, tied with the four corners of the hung sheet 2 for holding the pet, are nipped and are fixed with holding portions 5 disposed at the upper edge four corners of the water tank 1 and each comprises a pair of mutually facing opening or closing elastic members 8 that are rotatable, whereby the hung sheet 2 can be hung in the water tank 1. The endless circular belt 3 is formed into the so-called "caterpiller structure" and is disposed in a driving portion 9, loaded detachably at the inner bottom portion of the water tank 1.
