PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous pigment dispersion composition comprising polymers with excellent adsorption to a pigment, and to provide a method for producing a non-aqueous pigment dispersing polymer. SOLUTION: The non-aqueous pigment dispersion composition (1) includes a pigment A, a non-aqueous solvent B, and a polymer C obtained by reacting a copolymer (component (c1)), which contains a constituent unit derived from a vinyl monomer (c1a) having a reactive functional group and a constituent unit derived from a vinyl monomer (c1b) having a nitrogen atom, with a polyalkyl(meth)acrylate and/or a polystyrene (component (c2)) each having, at one terminus, a functional group reactive with the reactive functional group in the component (c1). The method (2) for producing the non-aqueous pigment dispersion polymer includes a process (I) for reacting the vinyl monomers (c1b) and (c1a) with each other to produce the copolymer having constituent units derived from the vinyl monomers (c1b) and (c1a), and a process (II) for reacting the copolymer produced in the process (I) with the component (c2) to produce a graft copolymer comprising the component (c2) grafted to the copolymer.
