Red ginseng chocolate is provided to reduce bitter and greasy taste from sugar-preserved ginseng by preserving red ginseng in sugar, molding the red ginseng and coating the red ginseng with chocolate. A method for preparing red ginseng chocolate comprises the following steps of: dipping root hair of red ginseng in honey or starch syrup; twisting the sugar-preserved root hair of red ginseng; coating the twisted root hair of red ginseng with chocolate; and coating the chocolate with nuts such as crushed nuts, Sesamum indicum or edible gold powder. The nuts represent peanut, almond, pine-nut, Pistachio and gingko. The chocolate is selected from the various sorts of chocolate such as white chocolate, dark chocolate etc. The size of the red ginseng chocolate is about 3cm. |
