A manufacturing device of a timber street light pillar having taper gradient is provided to increase the quality and reliability of a product by precisely processing. A manufacturing device of a timber street light pillar having taper gradient comprises: a moving plate in which a first and second rail are formed on the upper part to the longitudinal direction; a fixing plate in which a third, fourth and fifth rail; a fixing tailstock(60) rotating the timber with the drive of a drive motor while one side of the timber is griped; a moving tailstock(70) catching the other side of the timber and changed depending on the third and fourth rail; a side processing part(80) cutting the side of the timber while moving along the fourth and fifth rail; and an outer circumference processing part(50) cutting the outer circumference of the timber, moving with the drive of the driving part along the first and second rail.
