<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amino acid-containing composition suppressed in bitterness, and to provide a new method for suppressing the bitterness of amino acid in the composition. <P>SOLUTION: The composition which contains at least one kind of amino acid having bitterness, is mixed with a thickener, γ-PGA, and preferably, a high-sweetness sweetener.
