PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device in which light of a plurality of reference colors for reproducing color can be detected by one pixel without using a color filter.

SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging device 100 includes: a solid-state imaging element 110 including a plurality of pixels; a spectral device 130 separating incident light into the light of the plurality of reference colors and irradiating a light receiving surface in which the pixels of the solid-state imaging element are arranged; and a controller (control part) 120 controlling an imaging operation in the solid-state imaging element and a color separation operation by the spectral device. An application voltage to the optical member is controlled by the controller 120 so that reflected light Lr reflected by the optical member toward the solid-state imaging element can be separated into the light of the plurality of reference colors by the variation of refractive index due to an electric field at the optical member.
