摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook type high-frequency treatment instrument for endoscopes which facilitates the removal of cauterized pieces of body tissues from an electrode bar by preventing the cauterized pieces of body tissues from adhering to all over the hook-shaped electrode bar and enables a reduction in an area of a metal exposed part in contact with the body tissues in order to cut the body tissues sharply without having an unnecessary injury to a mucous membrane and always performs an incision treatment in a constant manner while having the same area of the metal exposed part when the thickness of the electrode bar changes. <P>SOLUTION: The hook type high-frequency treatment instrument is equipped with the hook-shaped electrode bar 2 in which a shaft rod part 4 protruding straight to the front from a distal end of an electric insulating sheath 1 and a hook nail part 5 protruding laterally from the most distal end part of the shaft rod part 4 are integrally formed. In the hood-shaped electrode bar 2, the thin and long metal exposed part 7 is formed along at least the longitudinal direction of the shaft rod part 4, and the entire surface of the hook-shaped electrode bar 2 except the metal exposed part 7 is coated with an electric insulating coating 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
