<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synchronous control system which performs synchronized start more reliably, avoiding hunting due to inconsistency of governor control and governor response. <P>SOLUTION: The synchronous control system includes an input portion to input a frequency of a busbar 100, and a frequency of a power system 102, a comparing portion (SA1) to compare the input frequencies and determine whether synchronous control is required, an operation control portion 8 to calculate a difference required for frequency control from comparison results of the frequencies, and to perform frequency control, an increase control portion 9 to output a frequency increase command from the operation control portion 8 to a governor of an engine, and a decrease control portion 10 to output a frequency decrease command from the operation control portion 8 to the governor of the engine. A starting point of synchronous control is set to be a rated frequency or more of the power system, and the synchronous control system is constituted to have a function allowing the system not to perform synchronous control for a predetermined time at a point of time when the rated frequency or more is shown, but to start synchronous control when unstableness of the number of revolutions of the engine disappears. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
