PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement the dispensing processing and the barcode printing processing in a series of operations, reduce a processing time, prevent a confusion of specimens, and improve a specimen loss by enabling noncontact operations. SOLUTION: A barcode can be noncontactly printed on a subsidiary specimen vessel (a test tube), read and confirmed by configuring a laser marker having a barcode printing function within a specimen dispenser. The subsidiary vessel can be noncontactly printed in a series of the operation from the dispensing processing to the barcode printing processing by using the laser marker.
