PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink-jet recording device which can reduce the problems caused by an air current by making the air current between the ink-jet recording head and a material to be recorded small. SOLUTION: The ink-jet recording device is equipped with the ink-jet recording head 1. The ink-jet recording head 1 makes a record on recording paper 7 while the recording paper 7 moving relatively to the ink-jet recording head 1. The ink-jet recording device has an aerodynamical power member 3 arranged so that a gap may be formed between the member and the ink-jet recording head 1, and between the member and the recording paper 7, at the upstream far from the ink-jet recording head 1 in the movement direction, and a fan 6 which sucks a part of the air flowing through the gap between the aerodynamical power member 3 and the recording paper 7 from the gap between the aerodynamical power member 3 and the ink-jet recording head 1.
