PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive incident light in a three-dimensional optical system in a wide-angle range at a stable high gain. SOLUTION: A light-receiving device includes: a 0.25-pitch GRIN lens array 5 having a plurality of element GRIN lenses 10 that emit light at an emitting angle with a fixed value regardless of an incidence angle; a condenser lens 6 disposed on the light emission side of the GRIN lens array 5; and a light-receiving element 4 disposed on the condensing position of the condenser lens 6.
